2. Custom-Made Products

We offer a range of custom-made products, including custom posters and custom tote bags. These products are designed to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Custom Posters

Customization: Personalize your poster by adding names, dates, or other custom text. You can choose the style, font, and color (if applicable).
Artwork Position: The position of the artwork may vary based on the ratio chosen (for example, portrait vs. landscape) to ensure a perfect fit.
Production Time: Custom posters typically take 5-10 business days for production, depending on the complexity and order volume.

Custom Tote Bags

Customization: You can personalize tote bags for special occasions, such as bachelor parties, weddings, or any other event. Add your own design, text, or logo to make them unique.
Production Time: Custom tote bags may take a few days longer to process depending on the customization required. Typically, production takes 5-10 business days.

Non-Customizable Tote Bags

For our non-customizable tote bags, we offer options fulfilled by Gelato:

Classic Tote Bag: Simple, functional, and stylish, this bag is perfect for everyday use.
Premium Tote Bag: Made from higher-quality materials, this tote is a more durable, premium option for those who want something extra special.

Both of these tote bags are printed using high-quality inks and are available for purchase without customization.

3. Digital Products

We offer digital downloads for our posters in various sizes and ratios. You can download the files immediately after purchase.

No Physical Products: Please note that no physical products are shipped for digital downloads. The images you see on the product page are for reference only.
Customizable Ratios: If you need a poster in a different ratio (e.g., square or wide), please reach out to us, and we can provide the digital file in the desired size.
Usage Rights: All digital products are for personal use only and cannot be resold, reproduced, or distributed in any form.

4. Product Specifications

Printed Posters

All our posters are printed on high-quality paper with specific characteristics based on the product type:

Standard Posters (Except Glow in the Dark):
- Printed on 200 gsm (80 lb) paper.
- Thickness: 0.26 mm (10.3 mils).

Framed Posters

Pinewood Frames:
- Durable pinewood frames with 200 gsm (80 lb) paper, thickness: 0.26 mm (10.3 mils).
- Frame Measurements: 20-25mm (0.79″-0.98″) thick, 10-14mm (0.4″-0.6″) wide.
Oakwood Frames:
- Responsibly sourced oak and ash wood frames with 250 gsm (110 lb) paper, thickness: 0.29 mm (11.4 mils).
- Frame Measurements: 20mm (0.79″) thick and wide, wider than the classic 14mm (0.55″) frame.
Metal Frames:
- Durable aluminum frames with 250 gsm (110 lb) paper, thickness: 0.29 mm (11.4 mils).
- Frame Measurements: Approximately 20mm (0.8″) thick and 10mm (0.4″) wide.

Glow in the Dark Posters

Glow in the Dark Posters are printed on 210 gsm paper (6.2 oz/yd).
The Glow in the Dark feature is activated by exposure to bright or natural light. Please note:
- Areas defined as white or transparent in your artwork will emit a luminous green-blue glow.
- To activate the glow, expose the artwork to 30 minutes of bright or natural light before displaying in a completely dark room.
- The more light charge your glow in the dark prints receive, the brighter they’ll glow.
- The glow will gradually fade, indicating that more light charge is needed.

Glow in the Dark posters are also available framed.

Tote Bags

Non-Customizable Tote Bags:
- Classic Tote Bag: Made from durable fabric, this bag is perfect for carrying everyday items.
- Premium Tote Bag: A more premium option, made from higher-quality fabric for added durability and style.
- Material: 100% cotton or cotton blend (based on the specific product). Handles are stitched for added strength.
- Dimensions: The tote bag has a 10-liter capacity. Handles are stitched for added strength.
Custom Tote Bags:
- Material: Made from organic cotton and responsibly sourced materials.
- Dimensions: The tote bag has a 10-liter capacity and strong, stitched handles.
- Customization: Perfect for personalizing with names, logos, or designs for special events and occasions.

Both types of tote bags are designed for durability and ease of use, making them a perfect addition to your daily routine.

5. Product Care (For Physical Products)

We recommend that you care for your posters and tote bags according to the instructions provided.

Posters: Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid fading. We recommend framing your poster for long-lasting protection.
Tote Bags: Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle (max 40°C/105°F). Tumble Dry on Low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Only non-chlorine Bleach.

6. Pricing

Our products are priced based on the product type and any customization options selected. Prices will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Custom-Made Products: The price for custom posters and tote bags will depend on the level of customization, including the complexity of the design or text.

7. Product Availability

Our products are available while stocks last. For custom-made products, we will notify you of any delays in production, but there is no limit on stock for personalized items as each one is made on demand.
