At APWallArt, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it differs depending on the type of product purchased.


1. Physical Products (Printed Posters, Framed Posters, and Tote Bags)

Our physical products are fulfilled by trusted print-on-demand partners Gelato and Prodigi. Due to the custom nature of these items, we only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

1.1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or provide replacements for physical products only if:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If the item received differs from your order.

Important:

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • To process your claim, please provide:
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product showing the damage, defect, or incorrect print.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer (please review product details carefully before purchase).

1.3. Custom-Made Products (Posters & Tote Bags)

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom-made posters and custom-made tote bags, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned for reasons such as incorrect customization (e.g., spelling errors in the name/date), so we encourage customers to double-check their entries before completing the order.
  • If you notice any issues with your custom-made product upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or error.

2. Digital Downloads (Printable Posters)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for digital downloads.

2.1. Support for Digital Downloads

We are committed to ensuring that you receive the correct files. We offer the following support:

  • File Access Issues: If you encounter problems downloading your files, please contact us for assistance.
  • Incorrect File Delivered: If you receive the wrong file, we will promptly provide the correct one.
  • Custom File Ratios: If you need a poster in a different ratio or size than offered, reach out, and we’ll try to accommodate your request at no extra charge.

3. How to Request a Return or Support

To initiate a return or request digital download support, please contact us at:

  • Subject Line: “Return Request – Order # [Your Order Number]”

Provide the following details:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged or defective items (for physical products)

4. Refund Process

  • Approved Refunds: If your return or refund is approved, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Replacement Orders: In case of damaged or incorrect products, we will ship a replacement free of charge.

5. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for returns caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Refunds or replacements are not issued if the customer fails to provide required information within the return claim period.
