4. Orders and Payments

4.1. Placing an Order

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

4.2. Payment

  • We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.

4.3. Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us at info@apwallart.com.

4.4. Order Cancellations

  • Physical Products: Cancellations for printed posters, framed posters, and tote bags are not guaranteed and depend on the production stage. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Digital Downloads: Orders for digital downloads cannot be canceled after purchase due to the instant nature of file delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping

  • We ship physical products through our print-on-demand partners Gelato and Prodigi.
  • Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout.

5.2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product, location, and carrier.

5.3. Customs and Duties

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

Custom-Made Products Terms

  • Non-Returnable: Custom-made products, including personalized posters and tote bags, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.   • Customization Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors made during the customization process, such as misspellings or incorrect details provided by the customer.
  • Production Delays: Due to the personalized nature of these products, custom-made items may experience longer production times or delays. We will notify you of any significant delays that affect your order.
